We recommend using Jadro F for thickness of 36 mm and greater
Suitable for plastic and aluminium entry doors.
GAVA Plast plastic door infill panels are manufactured using a system of glued and shaped PVC panels and thermal insulation materials. We use a specially developed and tested PVC material designed exclusively for the production of door infill
panels from the world's leading plastics producer. By combining such a material and a suitably chosen core structure, we were able to fully prevent the formation of surface cracks in the filling even when placed in sun-exposed conditions. Laminated PVC panels are
laminated exclusively using so-called cold foils and the coloured plastic panels are also made from so-called cold plastic, which absorbs much less thermal radiation.
An Izofix core is standard when wood décor is used, but for at a thickness of 36 mm or greater, we recommend using Jadro F,
to significantly reduce the perpendicular forces on the door infill panel. These forces are induced by the bimetal effect as a result of the temperature differential between the exterior and the interior.
GAVA Plast infill panels are delivered and cut per customer specifications, but with maximum dimensions of 850 mm x 2000 mm with a tolerance of +/-2 mm.
Attention! Door infill panels are shipped with a protective foil for transport, and this must be removed immediately after door installation.
Infill panel pull
Can be installed directly on the door infill panel. When placing an order, please specify the location of the door pull to allow the proper reinforcement to be installed under the pull during manufacturing
